The Dream Room designs and specifies new homes and renovations/extensions to suit your block and your budget.
The Dream Room can "shop around" your project via a network of builders on your behalf ensuring you get a compatible builder for your specific requirements and the best value for money.
The Dream Room engages an engineer to design the footings to ensure a fixed price prior to building.
Everything is pre-specified to avoid cost blow-outs and "surprises" at project completion ensuring you get a true fixed price contract.
The Dream Room has over 35 years combined experience in the industry and has designed and fitted out over 2,000 homes. From concept designs to selecting those finishing touches.
The Dream Room provides a stress free & exciting experience desiging and specifying everything for your new home or renovation.
Christine's qualifications include Cert IV in Residential Drafting, an Advanced Certificate in Interior Design and a Bachelor of Arts.
Adam Trimmer
Adam Trimmer, Christines husband, focuses on the Dream Room's building design & drafing operations and holds a Diploma of Building Design.
He is a technically minded professional who expertly utilises the latest in 3D architectural software to produce comprehensive and concise sets of construction plans and for all of our clients, both individuals and builders. Utilising the latest in real-time rendering technology he also produces highly detailed, immersive visuals and walk-throughs that allow clients to experience designs or concepts in an interactive, real-time environment.
We remain current in building material trends & uses, architectural styles and industry regulations & standards. Keeping track of trends and changes is crucial for ensuring your projects are innovative, compliant, and efficient. Adam holds accreditation with The Building Designers Association of Australia.
