Artificial intelligence continues to permeate our lives in various ways.

Here at the dream room, we employ powerful 3D architectural software for new home & extensions; utilising our expertise in building & design, our knowledge of current and impending construction regulations & standards and our relationships with our clients and their brief of ‘wants and needs’.

We don’t believe that AI will ever replace this however it is a very powerful addition to our toolbox for specific tasks.

As such, we are embracing AI for its ability to quickly aid in producing conceptual images from our architectural drawings, with varying degrees of computer-generated influence, to help our clients better visualize their projects potential quite early in the design process.

Utilising AI in this way is the ideal compliment to our highly effective 3D based architectural software package.

This adoption of AI is heavily influenced by us as designers and is driven by our knowledge and creativity. As such we don’t see AI as a replacement for human intellect and expertise but simply as another tool to compliment the architectural design suite.
